RUN SMART - BE NICE - HAVE FUN!! Hydration Minimum. ALL runners are required to carry a minimum of 16oz of hydration. Aid Station Captain may disqualify runner for failing to meet requirement. CUP-LESS Race without any cups at aid station. We will have race cups available at check-in. Please don’t litter!! Point Mugu State Park is a sensitive habitat. Race Bibs must be worn visibly on the front of the runner. Only runners and with visible/front bibs will be permitted into aid stations. Aid Stations are located every 0.7-3.4 miles with water, electrolytes and professional EMT medical support. Course markings will range from white SoCalTrail directional and “wrong way” signs, flourescent flagging and cones. It is your responsibility to know the course. Runners that go off course and deviate from the official route must return to where they went off the course in order to be eligible for overall and age group awards. Finish times may be subject to review following the event. Dropping from the race can only be done at aid stations. If you do not cross the finish line, please do not leave event without notifying aid stations/timers/race officials. We account for everyone on the trails. Cut-Off times are strictly enforced for everyone’s safety. Return options are determined by Aid Captains. Strict sanctions will be placed against runners that continue on their own. Poles are allowed. Please be mindful of other runners, especially on singletrack sections of the course. Ear buds should be in one ear only for your safety and others’ consideration. Spectators are welcome to hike onto the course. Be mindful of runners on the Ray Miller Trail singletrack. Share the Trails with mountain bikes and hikers. The course is open to the public during the event. Thank the Volunteers, aid station teams and festival staff working hard for you!! Cheer on your fellow runners…positivity is a performance enhancer!! Distance Changes: 1) Online. Runners can edit their distance on UltraSignUp until Friday April 17, at 5:00pm by logging into your UltraSignUp account or clicking Edit on your receipt email. 2) Race Morning. Must notify registration 15 minutes prior to desired race start. If you can no longer make the race, please cancel your registration through your UltraSignup registration history or receipt email.
