Welcome to the 2011 XTERRA SoCal Trail Run Series.

All the events feature a shorter run for beginners/sprinters and a longer course for more endurance-oriented athletes. Both series have stops at some of the top trails and mountain ranges in California. Points are awarded for the top finishers in each age group for the longer distance events. At the end of the season, the top point finishers will earn a berth to the National Championships in Lake Tahoe, NV. Check out the schedule below for rest of the 2008/2009 events!

A portion of each event's proceeds goes towards trail maintenance on the trails we run on (California State Parks, San Diego Regional Parks or our National Parks).

All entrants in the 2010 XTERRA NorCal and SoCal Trail Run Series will be entered into a drawing for (2) free flights to Hawai courtesy of Hawaiian Airlines!!!! We'll announce the winners after the last event. Start planning those vacations and join us at Worlds!

06.30.10 - XTERRA NorCal Points are POSTED!
The final 2010 Points are POSTED! Congratulations to all Age Group Winners (and everyone who participated). Top finishers get free entry into Nationals In Bend, Oregon. We'll be sending out award certficates in July!

XTERRA Marin is tomorrow! Pre-Registration is closed, but you can register onsite @ Rodeo Beach starting @ 6:30am!

06.04.10 - XTERRA Marin Headlands Update
How quickly June approaches! The final race of the NorCal Series is next Saturday! Registration is open until Thursday. Remember, due to Park Regulations we cannot distribute GUs or Bars, so please bring your own FUEL for Race Day! And please rereach the parking info!!!

05.28.10 - XTERRA Mission Gorge Update
We are two days out. If you haven't registered yet, there are 50+ spots left, so get to the race start early Sunday morning (6:30am). If you're already registered, check your emails for the latest update on course info/race day schedule. There is parking @ the base area and .5 miles away at West Hills High School - which is a quick 5 min. jog from the start.

SoCal Points have been updated! Check it out - only one race to go before we crown the SoCal Champions!!!

05.08.10 - XTERRA Malibu Creek Recap
Sun, scrapes and some serious BBQing was the theme of the day. Subaru made some serious grub for the 800+ runners after the race. Results are up - and Points are updated thru Crystal Cove! Rest those legs - The Buldog is happy. Congrats to Mary Colburn for setting a new 22k course record for the females!

Yes - this race really did happen! After 3 postponements Crystal Cove took to the trails today. There was a new course record for the 5k! And what an awesome BBQ by Suburu for all the racers! Results are in the RESULTS section. Points coming soon!
